| As you know, Infoblox is fully committed to improving the ease our doing business with our partners. This includes the delivery of an intuitive partner portal, simplified deal registration process and simplified product discount matrix. We call this initiative our 'Summer of Simplification'. |

| In order to respond to partner feedback, and ensure a smooth transition to the new system, we have made the difficult decision to delay the August 13th launch. |

| While we cannot provide a definitive launch date at this time, we will not launch before mid-September. |

| Will we still hold the August 2nd Summer of Simplification Bloxcast? |

| Yes! While we will delay the launch we are ready (and excited) to show off our new partner portal and deal registration process. This will still be a very valuable session to give you insight into our future tools and processes. This also provides an additional opportunity to provide feedback. We spoke with partners throughout the development cycle for these projects and responded to the requests we heard. A key reason for the delay is to incorporate our partner requests. |

| Will pricing change on August 13th? |

| No. Throughout July, we held several webinars and sent communications about pricing changes that were set to take place on August 13th. This delay will impact the pricing changes. As such, there is no change to pricing on August 13th. The new price changes will occur with the new launch date. |
