| We updated our systems on October 8th. This change introduced a new partner portal, simplified partner discounting and changes to our deal registration process. The following outlines the changes to our deal registration process. |

| What’s Changed? |
| |
| In response to partner feedback, we simplified the process. |
| |
| Teaming - Partners are no longer required to register teaming opportunities. Teaming registrations will be initialed by an Infoblox representative. Partners will receive a teaming invitation via email to the partner contact listed on the opportunity. All registrations including teaming will be available to view in your partner portal account. Please note, to receive a teaming request, you must have an account in the Infoblox Partner Portal. Please see below to see how to request a new account. |

| Hunting – Partners must registrar hunting opportunities. In response to partner feedback, the registration fields have been reduced to include only basic information. Here is a quick outline that explain the new process. |

| Who approves hunting registrations? |
| |
| Hunting registrations now route to your Channel Account Manager (CAM) for approval. CAMs will review this with the TAM or MAM. The partner contact that initialed the hunting registration will receive an email confirmation after approval, or rejection. Escalations flow to your CAM and Channel Director. |

| I already have a verbal agreement with my Infoblox rep, do I need to enter this in the system? |
| |
| Yes. Infoblox moved to an automated discounting system. To ensure a hunting incentive, an approved hunting registration must be in the system. |

| Where do I go to register a deal? |
| |
| Login to the new Infoblox Partner Portal and click on the Deal Registration icon. |
| |
| Where can I view my deal registrations? |
| |
| Once you are logged into the Infoblox Partner Portal, you can click on the Deal Registration tab in the top navigation menu. |

| I do not have an Infoblox account in the partner portal. How do I request this? |
| |

- Ensure you have an Infoblox partner portal account
- Register all hunting opportunities. If you do not see a historical registration in the system, we ask you to submit a registration. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
