This provides partners with excellent recurring revenue streams and opens the door to expanding the Infoblox technology footprint within an account.
 
Maintaining high renewal rates is good for customers, partners and Infoblox. As a channel-focused company, we work with our partners to ensure our mutual customers realize the benefit of the technology they have become so reliant upon. That takes commitment on both our parts and as such, we are introducing more structured approach to the renewals process.
 
Our renewals program is intended to benefit Platinum, Gold and incumbent partners who are committing resources to achieve timely renewals, and to relieve the burden from partners who are not investing in Infoblox and our renewals.

While we will make every effort to work with our partners on their renewals, Infoblox reserves the right to assume control of renewals and work directly with customers to close renewal orders when partners do not meet the SLAs.
