Quote Visibility on the Infoblox Partner Portal

Infoblox Partner Portal users associated to an Infoblox Distributor or Direct Reseller account can view approved Infoblox quotes via the Infoblox Partner Portal.

• Partner Sales Rep Visibility: These partner users will have visibility to quotes linked to their approved deal registration records.
• Partner Manager Visibility: Users with a Partner Manager role designation will have an “all organizational” viewing permission of their company’s Infoblox quotes.

Order Visibility on the Infoblox Partner Portal

Infoblox Partner Portal users associated to an Infoblox Distributor or Direct Reseller account with a Partner Manager role can view approved Infoblox orders via the  Infoblox Partner Portal.

• The Order Tracking information is real-time data where partners can check for updated shipping status and tracking numbers as each line item ships.

Order Visibility Resources Available: The below resources contain a quick video tutorial and walkthrough guide that showcase how to navigate orders, shipping, and license key details.

Please note: Infoblox Partner Portal access requests can be made through the Infoblox Partner Portal Request Form. First-time Partner Portal users will need to log into the Infoblox Partner Portal and click into the Infoblox Content section on the home page to directly open the above resource links.
